Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15×10-inch baking pan with sides with parchment paper. Dry beans thoroughly by rubbing between layers of paper towels or clean kitchen towels. Remove any loose skins. In medium bowl, toss beans with oil. Spread evenly in baking pan. Bake 40 minutes, stirring twice. In small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over beans and toss to coat. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until golden brown and outsides are crisp. Cool completely before storing in loosely covered container.
