Ingredients

  • 4 slices applewood smoked bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Cannellini Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Pinto Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Ingredients

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet. Add onion to drippings in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon and all remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once.
