  • 2 (15oz) cans S&W® Organic Three-Bean Blend (drained, rinsed)
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion, cut in thin slivers
  • 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette, divided
  • 12 butter or leaf lettuce leaves (about 2oz)
  • 2 (5oz) cans solid white albacore tuna (drained)

Ingredients

  • 2 (15oz) cans S&W® Organic Three-Bean Blend (drained, rinsed)
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion, cut in thin slivers
  • 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette, divided
  • 12 butter or leaf lettuce leaves (about 2oz)
  • 2 (5oz) cans solid white albacore tuna (drained)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except 2 tablespoons vinaigrette, lettuce and tuna. Line 4 plates with lettuce; top with bean mixture. Top with chunks of tuna; drizzle with reserved vinaigrette.
