In large bowl, beat all dressing ingredients with wire whisk until well blended. Add beans; toss to coat well. Add all remaining salad ingredients except Feta cheese. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Stir before serving; sprinkle with Feta cheese.
Tip: This salad keeps well for a couple days in the refrigerator. The flavors continue to mellow.
You can use canola or vegetable oil in place of the light flavored olive oil.
