Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 4 small green onions, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices, drained, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing
  • 6 large lettuce leaves
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Directions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except lettuce and parsley. If desired, refrigerate 1 hour to chill.

Line 6 salad plates with lettuce leaves. Top with salad and parsley.
