  • 1 cup diced yellow onion (1 small)
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded diced
  • 1 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno chili, seeds removed, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • Dash of salt (to taste)
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Pinquito Beans (drained, rinsed)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced yellow onion (1 small)
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded diced
  • 1 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno chili, seeds removed, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • Dash of salt (to taste)
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Pinquito Beans (drained, rinsed)

Directions

In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except beans. Fold in beans. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Serving suggestion: Use Pico de Gallo any way you would use jarred salsa. Scoop it up with tortilla chips, use it to top tacos, to serve with enchiladas and burritos, or as a topping for nachos.
