Over 15g of Protein
Heat oven to 400°F. Place beans and sauce in medium bowl. With fork, mash about half of the beans. Stir in cheese. Place tostada shells on large cookie sheet. Top each with a generous 1/2 cup of the bean mixture. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix cabbage, pepper strips and dressing. Spoon cabbage mixture over hot tostadas. Serve immediately.
Serving Suggestion: This is a tasty meatless entree. Top with avocado. Serve with fresh cut up fruit to round out the meal.
Tip: Store the remaining tostada shells in a cool dry place.
