In 4-quart saucepan, cook pancetta over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp. With slotted spoon, remove pancetta to paper towels to drain.
Add onion to saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until soft. Stir in broth and farro. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes or until farro is tender. Add beans, tomatoes and olives. Cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in pancetta; salt and pepper to taste. Top each serving with basil.
Serving suggestion: Top each serving with grated Parmesan cheese.
Tip: Look for farro with rice and other grains in the grocery store. You can substitute pearled barley for the farro. Cook the length of time suggested on the package of barley.
