In large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir occasionally to break up meat; drain all but 1 tablespoon drippings. Stir in onion, garlic and serrano. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Stir in beans, corn and tomatoes. Cover; cook 20 minutes or until simmering and thoroughly heated. Top individual servings as desired.
