In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring to break up beef. Drain if desired. Stir in beans, tomatoes, ketchup and flour. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until bubbly and thick.
Meanwhile, cook hot dogs as desired. Grill over medium heat, cook in a grill pan, or microwave until thoroughly heated. Place in buns; top with chili.
Serving Suggestion: Top chili dogs with shredded cheese and/or onions.
