Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix beans, salsa and 1 cup of the cheese, mashing some of the beans with fork. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the bean mixture on each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated in center and tortillas are golden brown and crisp.

Serving Suggestions: Garnish the burritos with your favorite toppings – salsa, sour cream and/or cilantro. Serve these crisp burritos with coleslaw and sliced apples.
