In 12-inch non-stick skillet or well-seasoned iron skillet, crumble ground beef. Stir in chili powder. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes or until boiling.
Serving Suggestion: Serve topped with chopped green onions and/or shredded cheese.
Tips: Prepare up to 2 days ahead of time. Refrigerate, and reheat before serving. Freeze in single-serving containers for a quick lunch.
