  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Kidney Beans, Low Sodium (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (do not drain)
  • 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean (90%) ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Kidney Beans, Low Sodium (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (do not drain)
  • 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce

Directions

In 12-inch non-stick skillet or well-seasoned iron skillet, crumble ground beef. Stir in chili powder. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes or until boiling.

Serving Suggestion: Serve topped with chopped green onions and/or shredded cheese.

Tips: Prepare up to 2 days ahead of time. Refrigerate, and reheat before serving. Freeze in single-serving containers for a quick lunch.
