Heat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Return to cooking pot. Meanwhile, in a medium nonstick skillet, cook ground turkey over medium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes, stirring often, until browned. Drain. Stir cooked turkey, salsa and beans into pasta. Spoon half of the pasta mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Spoon remaining pasta mixture over all. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray. Cover casserole, spray side down and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted. Sprinkle with green onions just before serving.
