Ingredients

  • 2 (15oz) cans S&W® Organic Three-Bean Blend (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (14oz) cans quartered artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers (from12oz jar)
  • 1/4 English cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata or ripe olives
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup garlic vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers (from12oz jar)
  • 1/4 English cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata or ripe olives
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup garlic vinaigrette

Directions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight to blend flavors.

Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
