  • 1 medium mango, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
  • 3/4 cup lowfat or nonfat vanilla yogurt

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Garbanzo Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
  • 3/4 cup lowfat or nonfat vanilla yogurt

Directions

In blender, combine all ingredients in the order given. Cover; blend 20 to 30 seconds or until completely smooth. Pour into glasses.

Tip: This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For extra hydration and electrolytes, ¾ cup coconut water can be substituted for the orange juice.
