Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package 1/3-less-fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Chili Beans (drained and sauce reserved)
  • 1 (1oz) package 25% less sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded or chopped lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package 1/3-less-fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Chili Beans (drained and sauce reserved)
  • 1 (1oz) package 25% less sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded or chopped lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, sour cream, reserved bean sauce and taco seasoning. Mix well or process 10 seconds until thoroughly blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture over center of large rimmed serving platter. Top with drained chili beans, lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese. Refrigerate until serving time if desired.

Serving Suggestion:
This is a pretty layered dip that can be served with chips or crackers. Additional toppings such as black olives can be added if desired.
