  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup milk

Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend 20 seconds or until smooth. Stop machine and scrape sides once if necessary. Serve immediately.

Tip: If you prefer, you can use almond milk in place of the cows milk.
